You take the time to understand people's strengths, weaknesses, and history. One of your great strengths is your ability to understand people very quickly and well and then get the best out of them. It's incredible how many people you get engaged.

You don't just think outside the box; you go "beyond the obvious." However, you need to be given the time and input to think beyond the obvious. Most Coaches stop too soon. Jump into the drawer too quickly. They only see the product or the company structure. But you take the time to really understand the problem and then develop a creative, customized solution. Winning strategies are created with you.
