    I am a negotiator—a specialist in creating buy-in, consent, and agreement. I had my first 10.000 hours in deal-making when I was 21. In the past 20 years, I have coached hundreds of mission-critical deals worth billions of dollars worldwide.     Third, developing proposals or pitches is the most challenging thing I do. You're among the most skilled proposal writers and storyliners I've ever encountered. You turned it into an art form.     What makes you a good coach? Various aspects go into answering this question. First, I think people should know how much you work on yourself psychologically, physically, and spiritually to be a better human person. This has made you aware of your weaknesses, allowing you to have empathy, connect the dots fast, and work with total ease across various situations. Second, what I like about you is that you are constant with your behavior. You don't go from a "coach on the sidelines" to a "player on the field." Instead, you stay consistent in your role as a coach and allow the team to work through the challenges when needed. You take feedback in a very constructive manner. Instead of being defensive, you dare to take the feedback and make the necessary changes in behavior which builds trust and stronger interactions. Finally, I have observed that you pursue the path of coaching because it is your passion and purpose to help others. You are not doing it for pure financial security; thus, you can maintain an independent approach. That also allows you to be a good coach.

    Do you bring content that is new and different? You do not simply repackage pre-existing concepts & frameworks differently. Instead, you introduced us to your new and unique "fair deal-making" method, including the psychology of decision-making, the buying table, and the no-deal-deal-matrix. Also, your approach is very practical. To train our 800 salespeople worldwide to apply it directly to win their most important opportunities immediately increases their winning probability and makes it much easier to use these methods later, independent of you.

    Are you sensitive to context, business, and culture? Especially in global projects doing workshops with our sales managers in China, Singapore, Dubai, USA, and Europe, it is vital to facilitate change in a way that is coherent and non-disruptive, not creating fear or anger. You do this very well. Having spent some time with our OEM sales, you have an excellent background in our company. I appreciate that you do your research and know the patterns in our company. You accept that and work from there.

    Did you get good feedback? Every time you had an engagement, you got very positive feedback. Teams worldwide feel you bring new value - people like what you do.
